Refund Policy
Note:
We encourage the customers and/or their representative to come and visit our showroom to have an actual view of the machine he/she is buying. He/She is free to inspect, try, or use the machine to his/her satisfaction before purchase. We warrant that all item/s we sell are brand new and in the best quality possible. However, we are not the manufacturer of the said item/s. We make sure that we check our products before we release it to our client. Therefore, we encourage all clients or their representatives to be diligent in checking their item/s before they leave the store or when they receive the goods upon delivery.

Releasing Policy:
Upon releasing your items from our store or warehouse and upon pick up, please check the goods properly before you or your representative leave our store. Our staff will assist you with the inspection. We will not honor any damage complaints after you or your representative have left our premises. Furthermore, we will not be held liable in case there are cosmetic defects in the items received upon delivery or when the item left our premises in case it is picked up by the client or their representative.
Warranty Coverage and Claims Policy:
Warranty coverage of item/s purchased will be written in your Sale Invoice. Consumable parts are not covered by company warranty. Please consult our sales staff with the specifics of the parts that are or are not covered by warranty.
No receipt, No warranty claim. Any customer that will claim warranty should present their receipt so the company could check its records. The receipt should be readable and neither tampered with nor altered. If it is through a representative, the company has the right to asked for an authorization letter from the customer which his/her name appeared in the receipt. In any case, if any product purchased from us has been found to be defective and is still under warranty, we will definitely replace, fix, or repair the said item within a reasonable amount of time FREE of CHARGE. The customer must, on their own cost, bring the item back to our service center so the company could address their concerns properly. If the customer opted to use a third-party delivery service to bring the item/s back to our service center, the transportation cost and/or delivery costs shall be shouldered by the customer.
Return and Exchange Claims:
We have a 7 days return policy. No receipt, No return and/or exchange. The original packaging must also be returned with the item/s upon request of a return and exchange. Furthermore, all accessories included in the purchase of the item/s shall also be returned in whole. The company reserves the right to deny and/or reject any claim of return and exchange if there is no receipt presented, if the item/s returned was not in their original packaging, and there are missing accessories from the purchased item/s.
The 7 days policy will start to run from the date indicated in the receipt not the date the item was opened or used by the customer. It is highly advised that once the customer receives the item/s, he or she shall check said item/s immediately.
In case the customer decides to return the said item after the allowable return period, all expenses incurred upon delivery of the said item will not be refunded, moreover, all expenses that will be incurred in the pull out and re stocking of the item to our warehouse will be shouldered by the client. The customer must bring the item back, on their own cost, to the store or warehouse where they picked up the item to claim return and exchange. In case the customer opted to ship it via any third-party company, they will bear the cost of returning the item. STRICTLY, the company will not bear the cost of picking the item from the customer’s location for return and exchange purposes.
Refund Policy:
Customer refund shall only commence once the returned item/s has been shipped back to us and after evaluation. Refunds will be processed through online banking only. Strictly no cash refund. This is for the safety of the company and its customers. Refunds from all modes of payment shall incur a 5% charge as processing fees.
